Middle TN Freepers, would any of you care to refer me to a good investment broker of a friendly persuasion? I need someone conversant in SEP's, Roth IRA's, etc. Need to be able to contact via email as well as phone, and the need is immediate.

(Sigh) I had a referral to one whom I thought would be right on target, but he and his company refused to work with me because I insisted on being able to use email as well as phone contact. That labelled me, to him, as "not serious about investing." Accordingly, his reaction convinced me that if I wouldn't allow him to subject me to a big telephone sales pitch, then he wasn't interested. I have some very specific things in mind, which are easily described in writing, and do not want nor need to express them verbally nor sit for eons on the phone as he tries to move me into some high-commission fund.
Another drawback is that I'm 57 and don't represent the opportunity to be a life-long fee generator for him. I'm looking for someone who can take the money I have to invest, do what I wish with it, and set up the various entities I need. Seems simple.
