This is a gorgeous creature. It's terrible that so many have died.

Norm,

Put me on your Aussie ping list if you have one!! I served in Vietnam with the Kangroos and I have great respect with you all!

I lived in Florida here in the states and I've seen 105' with 99% humidity.

If I were that Gray-bat I'd just go swimming.

Suffer all that you can suffer!!

Is it terrible or is it nature keeping things in check. 1000 out of a colony of 15,000 doesn't sound like a disaster.

Forgive me, but if that's not Dennis Rodman in a purple cape, I'm blind.

Norm,

I should have gone to your web-site. You're about as Australian as I am living in the "Silly-Con Valley".

I notice you were a Marine. I am a volunteer on the Hornet in Alameda and I actually work restoring aircraft.

Have you ever had anything to do with an H-34 I'm looking for some Marine expertise.
