There is a need to greatly reduce the power and size of the Teacher's Union and give homeschoolers most of that money.

A Gubernatorial proclamation is an honorary statement that has little more value than a show of respect by the current office holder. It wouldn’t be much of an honor to be shown respect by a Governor such as Janet Napolitano.

I wish they would hurry up and bring it on. The sooner they show their true colors the sooner, and better, we can swat em down like the useless flies they are. I fear however that they wont act until they know the American public is too complacent to care what they do.
