Mossad has a mystical reputation among the Arabs. It is believed to be everywhere. It's existence and reputation cater to the Arab tendency to believe in conspiracies and plots. The fact that Mossad has come to Britain and intends to kill Jihadi with or without the cooperation of the British government will raise alarm among the Arabs.
Mossad's psywarops people will let slip that some jihadi have been turned and are providing information. Some of this is true, as there are probably some members of the movement who have doubts. When fanatics begin to ask questions, they are the most vulnerable. However, it will be Mossad's and MI-5's job to spread the word that more jihadi have turned than is really the case.
People will begin not to trust those they have trusted all their lives. Some people who had gone to ground and should have remained that way will feel compelled to move, quickly, to try to return to North Africa, the Middle East, or the Continent.
