Why would it be nonsense to mix two perfectly legal substances together? Many alcoholic beverages are already a mixture of different liquors and other liquids. If drugs are as legal as salt, it could be added like salt is to a margarita.

See post 31 where the little harmless kid selling weed gets brought up in this thread. I'm always seeing the harmless pothead being used to justify every hard and dangerous drug being legalized. I rarely see arguments for the legalization of just marijuana but keeping the drugs like PCP and meth illegal.

The nonsense is your claim that spiking someone's drink with a legal substance must be legal. Rat poison is legal---does that make it legal to put it in someone's alcoholic drink?
