I searched for this article and didn't find it posted.
I believe it sums things up quite well.

Top ten?

I counted 13.

Give the dims another day and it'll be up to 15.

I liked it though. Thanks for posting it.

You need to read the comment at the beginning of number eleven.

During runups to elections, the Evil Party's relationship to the truth tends to move from tangential to adversarial.

I'm still waiting to see bumper stickers on every republican's vehicle that says:

If Democrats Couldn't Lie, They Couldn't Win

#14 A vote for a Republican is a vote for one more church to be burned.

#15 Democrats are for the people, Republicans are for corporations.

#16 The war in Iraq is being waged for the benefit of Halliburton.

You forgot:

"We're patriotic Americans, too!"

"We're fighting to save the Constitution."

We care about the little people."

"We're for education."

"We're for free speech."

"We're all for people's right to have a firearm for hunting and self defense."

"We're for fiscal responsibility."

"We're for supporting the American family."

"We're the party of tolerance."

The tax cuts are NOT for the rich. Bush's plan actually pushed a higher percentage of taxation on the rich. The poorest taxpayers paid 50% more in taxes under Clinton, the richest paid less than 20% more.

Simply look at the tax tables, the biggest percentage reductions ard for the poor and middle-class. THIS IS NOT A TAX CUT FOR THE RICH!!!!!! THIS IS THE MOST-REPEATED DEMO LIE.

Truth: Bush has an Undergraduate and Master’s Degree from Yale, an Ivy League college

GWB earned his Master's Degree - MBA - from Harvard.

#17. I thought the last war on Iraq was to steal their oil, were they lying then or are they lying now?

Lie #7: Bush tax cut was only for the rich.

And like my Daddy used to say, I never worked for a poor man.

I am 58 years old and in my memory every election time two things are certain to be said by the dims:

The Republican candidate is too dumb to be president and the Republicans will destroy social security. It looks like they would eventually come up with some new lies.

Bush got his MBA from the Harvard Business School, not from Yale. That mistake stands out, and unfortunately could make a person then doubt the other valid remarks.

Lie #5: Bush is dumb. He is not smart enough to be President.

Ever notice? The same people who yap the loudest that W is stupid also claim he's behind elaborate conspiracies worthy of an omniscient Machiavelli.

We should add to that;

Gore (the supposed "policy wonk" and extreme Washington political insider!) FLINKED out of divinity school, and left Law School in TN with failing grades. He has no law degree, never had a professional job in ANY level of management or corporate business; and NO advanced degree from any nationally-ranked college.
