Well there is no shortage of arrogant men who think they know more than Jesus Himself.

Not knowing "the day or the hour" is quite different from not recognizing the year, then the month, and then the week as they approach. Are you not putting words in Jesus' mouth?

And then are you not violating Peter's command to treat those who need educating "with gentleness and respect"?
