Pure evil can never be forgiven. It must be eliminated and prevented from spreading.

Forgiveness is for mistakes, not murder and mayhem.

I do not understand it myself. I am awe struck by the faith of the Copts. May their blood save Egypt!

It is a coward who attacks the Copts. It is a fool who attacks America.

...Forgiveness is for mistakes, not murder and mayhem...

Even Jesus forgave the criminal next to him on the cross. That is one difference in satanic Islam and Christianity. Christian victims of Islam are free to forgive their tormentors. An islamic savage doesn’t do that.

Sorry, but my BS meter has pegged.

Do not, ever, forgive depraved psychotic killers and defilers of the weak and vulnerable.

We are going to have to wipe these inbred scum out before we forgive them.

While we are alive, Jesus is pure mercy for us. We need to ask for it always.

At the moment of our death, Jesus becomes perfect justice. We will need to answer for our words and deeds while we lived.

Jesus stood up to the money changers.

A time to kill, and a time to heal.

Pure evil can never be forgiven.

Then you would exclude yourself from heaven. Sin in any form is pure evil in the presence of a holy and righteous God. Jesus died heinous sinner just as much as for the casual sinner.

Jesus forgave the REPENTANT thief next to Him on the Cross!!!!

We Orthodox remember that thief every time we prepare for Holy Communion: “Remember me, when You come into Your Kingdom.” “Today you will be with Me in Paradise”.

And the muslims will continue to keep mowing them down. Despite their wonderment.

They should not be allowed to keep murdering people unabated. Their is no virtuousness to allow them to keep doing this to others.

So in other words, every human born must be eliminated.
We’re all pure evil until the Son of God, Christ becomes our reason for being.

Amazing. How can I say “poor Copts” after this?

Poor ME, who does not have a tenth of this faith. Pray for the West, spiritual sons and daughters of St. Mark!

I was taught if you forgive someone, the burden of their sin is taken off your shoulders and piled on the shoulders of the perpetrator. It is, in a way, a damnation. You become a freed witness, not a bound victim anymore. I probably didn’t say it the right way, but that’s the gist of it.

"...And forgive us our trespasses, As we also have forgiven those who have trespassed against us; And lead us not into temptation, But deliver us from the evil one. For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father also will forgive you; but if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses." (Matthew 6:12-14)

"And when they came to the place which is called The Skull, there they crucified him, and the criminals, one on the right and one on the left. And Jesus said, "Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do." (Luke 23:33-34)

That is what bearing true witness to Christ looks like. The stunned silence tells you all you need to know of the power of such witness.

...Jesus forgave the REPENTANT thief next to Him on the Cross!...

Yes. However, we as humans are free to forgive anyone for wrongs done to us by them without the wrongdoer asking for it.

Not only that, He forgave those who put him on the Cross. That includes all of us.

It has been said, however, that in order to be forgiven, one needs to repent. I doubt the bomber in question had much time to repent.
