No—Extraordinary Form is last weekend in October. As we only have one scheduled Extraordinary Form a month, we mostly end up with the Ordinary Form calendar.
It should be celebrated as the last Sunday of the church year in November. All of us good Lutherans know that the last Sunday in October is reformation Sunday (ducking for cover).
