Facebook is facing more censorship and bias allegations from a Christian group that opposes abortion.
The West Virginia-based ministry Warriors for Christ repeatedly has had its Facebook pages removed by the social media giant, according to the Christian Post. Its main page, which has more than 225,000 followers, was removed again last week, allegedly for “hateful, threatening or obscene” content.
Ministry leader Pastor Rich Penkoski told the Post that they missed out on vital opportunities to help people as a result.
“When Facebook pulled our page [for the first time], we were actually counseling with a young woman who was suicidal,” Penkoski said.
The biggest issue seems to be the ministry’s stance on homosexuality, Penkoski said. However, they also stand strong for unborn babies’ rights and sexual purity, he said.
“We talk about abortion. We talk about adultery. We talk about fornication. Nobody ever talks about that stuff,” he said.
Facebook removed the ministry’s page on Dec. 29 but reinstated it on Jan. 2 as a result of an online petition, according to the report. On Friday, however, the ministry said its page was down again.
This is the message Penkowski received from Facebook last week: “Your Page ‘Warriors for Christ’ has been removed for violating our Terms of Use. A Facebook Page is a distinct presence used solely for business or promotional purposes. Among other things, Pages that are hateful, threatening or obscene are not allowed. We also take down Pages that attack an individual or group, or that are set up by an unauthorised individual. If your Page was removed for any of the above reasons, it will not be reinstated. Continued misuse of Facebook’s features could result in the permanent loss of your account.”

How about email?
By the way, I follow this stuff, and I’ve seen all of those solutions rejected as not patentable because they’re “just software” (technically under 35 USC 101 in view of Alice v CLS Bank). All were invented by small businesses, most of which have gone under because they could not protect their inventions and therefore could not get funding. But yeah, all software is “obvious knowledge” - only said by anyone who has no clue how technology works.
Big social media is actively promoting a leftist agenda. It is working fully 100% for the left. It is no longer just an annoyance. It is blatant support of our enemies.
Facebook has always been and always will be run by far left loons. They have “Kill Trump” facebook pages that never get put down but they shut down a page because its against abortion..well everyone knows to leftists abortion is their holy grail, no one can touch it and they despise anyone who is pro life
You miss the point, Facebook is very political, their politics. If one does not follow what the thought control commissars at Facebook deem acceptable then you will be banned.
They have immense power and are unafraid to yield it.

Trump does not have authority to “end all software patents.” That is under the Constitutional purview of Congress.
The problem is not with the patents but with the multinational corporations that play shell games with modern IP legislation in order to create perpetual patents and monopolies.
The answer is to shorten the lifecycle for software patents and require the source code to become open source. All other patents essentially become open source, which is the main point of intellectual property.
Current laws allow the ultra-rich to game the system, making it impractical if not impossible for individual inventors to innovate and get compensated.
When NewsCorp bought MySpace, the “cool kids” all abandoned it because of “Fox News” (nevermind that NewsCorp execs endorsed John Kerry in 2004); they all went over to Facebook within a year.
NewsCorp sold off MySpace but it had already become tainted goods.
MySpace still exists 8 years later but I never hear of anyone using it.
Friendster was even older. It launched in 2002 (throwing
in the towel in 2011). Facebook began in 2004.
Facebook wasn’t “invented” any more than Channel 4 or Channel 39 was “invented”.
Do a side by side replacing Trump’s face with Zuckerberg and see what happens. : )
Opened an account briefly to read another friend’s information about a decade ago. Haven’t done anything on FascistBook since. All they have is fake information besides my name and email anyway.
