I don’t agree. Your Bible documents Eve’s sin; but does it document the Mother of God ever sinned?
If so, show me where. Otherwise, you can toss your “sola scriputura” out you car window.
You could be correct, however she was only a Virgin until Jesus Christ was born and hade many other children afterwards.
Mary admitted that she was a sinner herself by saying that she needed a savior in Luke 1:46-47
Is that so? Is that in your "bible", or do you also not adhere to "sola scriptura"?
In Mary's song in Luke 1 she says this....
And Mary said: My soul glorifies the Lord and my spirit rejoices in God my Savior,
Her own admission with her own mouth that God was her Savior.
If she didn't have any sin, there was nothing to save her from.
You'd be better served tossing your fabricated *sacred tradition* out the window first before canning Scripture.
Your logic never ceases to fail.
Hes wearing a piece of cloth in hopes to avoid the hell fire. Good luck with that.
Nobody had gone to Heaven, not Adam and Eve, nor Moses, Elias, nor Abraham had gone to Heaven until Jesus Christ was born, crucified, died and descended into Hell.
You should thank God that Mary responded positively to the angel Gabriel's Annunciation. (Look it up, it's in the Bible)
We would be all lost, if She had rejected it.
Only three people were born without original sin; Adam, Eve and the Blessed Virgin. Yet, Adam and Eve both sinned after their creation and remained in the Limbo of the Elders until, as all of their descendents did, either in Limbo or Hell.
Every single one of them, including Mary, needed a Savior to go to Heaven. So do you and so do I.
Mary wasn't asked permission. The angel told her how it was going to be.
Like God would be up a creek without Mary? God wouldn't know what to do if Mary has said *No thanks*?
The whole world would have been in big trouble cause it all hinged on Mary?
Y'all have made Mary more powerful and more important that God Himself.
The deception rampant within Catholicism knows no bounds.
Shaking dust.......
OK. Show me where it's in your bible. If you can't, toss your "sola scriptura" out your window.
You forgot one. But it doesn't surprise me that you left the most important one, and the only one to truly be born without sin, off the list.
FWIW, Adam and Eve weren't born. Read the article.
Mary wasn't born without sin. She was born a sinner damned to hell without Jesus, as all are who don't have Christ. That's why she knew she needed a savior, to save her from her sin.
I did not forget the Son of God but apparently you forget that He was "conceived by the Holy Ghost and born of the Virgin Mary".
Do you think God would have chosen to born by a sinner?
P.S. In case you have forgotten, the Immaculate Conception is Blessed Mary's conception, not Jesus Christ's conception.
So you don't believe in free will?
For what it's worth read my full post and don't take it out of context, "Yet, Adam and Eve both sinned after their creation and remained in the Limbo of the Elders until, as all of their descendents did, either in Limbo or Hell.
[38] And Mary said: Behold the handmaid of the Lord; be it done to me according to thy word. And the angel departed from her. Luke; Chapter 1.
Roger that. 😁 For some, that event happened eons ago.
Exactly correct. Women are superior in certain tasks as men are superior in other tasks. As you said, we are complementary to each other. A society that says we are the same is doomed to failure. We are different and need each others abilities to remain a society.
