Indeed. He was perfect. He held the the greatest scorn for the rigid religious leaders who did not follow the spirit of the Law. They were eager to stone the adulteress (what about the adulterer?). You are so eager to follow the literal meaning of His Words that you are so certain they could not be metaphorical. Many times it is this pride of certainty that led to error. (Ask Peter). Jesus' body and blood changed just as His believers bodies will be changed (in the twinkling of an eye). We will be as He is
- spirit.
