Yup. The whole same sex “marriage” debacle came about because of perceived unfairness of tax sheltered employer benefits for breeders and not for drones.
I was in grade school when divorce became common.
We learned to stay away from the older boys whose parents were divorcing.
They were angry and they took that anger out on the younger boys.
I found my self generally disappointed with the tone of the essay. It was “correct”, as far as it goes, but seemed to me to rely on one more social-context— a snooze through what is actually and alarmingly a tragic salvation crisis. Hell is real.
Considering it was published by the Archdiocese, and not by PSYCHOLOGY TODAY, I would expect a “Jesus-overturning-money changers-in the-temple” tone of Truth, admonishment, and condemnation of Catholics who promote disdain for the Holy Sacrament of Matrimony.
The teachings of the Church are delivered in milquetoast to please and attract everyone but the traditional Catholic faithful. Very sad.
