I sent them an International Postal Reply Coupon to send back their ham radio ID card. This postage is for the lowest postage charge for any letter. They only got paid for the postage to me and I did not know who they were for about 4 weeks. But, they processed my coupon and mailed their QSL card just before they all drank the Kool-Aid and two weeks before I got their letter.

Thanks for the explanation. I did get about ham radio but the rest is/was fuzzy. It's late but it's there in writing. I'll read it again. And I had trouble coding the stamp link and got sloppy in part of it with grammar. Oh well. And I even did a spell check which I usually don't like to bother with.
