Another head scratcher. When I wrote about the Law I was told "Christians are not obligated to obey the Law." and "The Law still defines sin and so we know what it is, but we are not obligated to obey the law under threat of punishment for not doing so.".
That sort of makes it sound optional (which it isn't). He who loves God loves the Law and Matt 5:19 sounds like a warning NOT to dismiss Gods Law or take it lightly. And John s Revelation 22:14 "Blessed are those who do His commandments, that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter through the gates into the city."
Be vigilant. Trust no pastor, priest or denomination who says it's okay to break Gods Holy Law because there's no punishment. Really? Those who proclaim such are under the condemnation of the Law. A person who has Gods Grace would not utter such blasphemy.

I’ve come to treasure the Lords understanding/teaching of human nature. He continues to bless my life in ways I could never have imagined. Not easy street but I wouldn’t want to walk any other.
