It’s hard to believe that it’s worse today than for the world in 1914 or 1939. I often think how blessed I have been that I never had to flee foreign or domestic soldiers. I have never spent a wet, cold, hungry night in hiding. We are living in the best times in history.

From a spiritual standpoint we are at a point where arguably 50% of the population of the U.S. would vote for a leader that approves of killing children both inside and outside of the womb. We have very serious issues like never before.

We are living in the best times in history.
That’s along the lines of humanist thought, that man has improved himself. There are many good human beings, but evil is definitely increased in the world, and more so every day.
