The Indians are only interviewing you so they can credibly say they could not find an American with the skills to do the job. Even though you are more than qualified. Then they hire one of their unqualified buddies from their hi-school back in India. This is how they have been able to take over the IT industry. But you cant point out their illegal hiring practices because you will be labeled a racist. You will never be hired by Indians at a US company. This is destroying many American families.

Make sure you check https://usajobs.gov too. Many IT jobs are being shaken up by requiring US citizenship, so you may find something.
True. I filed 6 EEOC complaints in Denver, just to be told that they are protected minorities by the EEOC compliance officer during the interview.

Well, thank you for telling me that so I dont try that myself. But being told that the people who are committing massive amounts of employment crime, are protected, takes this to a new level.
Only the big Indian bodyshops are getting sued. Thousands of desi recruiters are too small to get regulated. Notice they all use the exact same opt-out mechanism. And they all operate from India, out of reach of American law. Amazing that. All they do is constantly change names.

Family is in the Philippines. Thanks to the Wuhanic Plague and the ending of baseball (a vast majority of league employees were furloughed), never could bring them here - US Embassy Manila interview was in April, of course cancelled... so I’m practically single in the US, so I’m extremely flexible in moving/ relocation.
Looked at USGov jobs. But I can forget about anything that requires a Secret Clearance due to my foreign family times.
Been using indeed. Funny as soon as I apply for a relevant position, several desi bottom feeders will email and call for the exact same position. Even those stating US citizenship is preferred. No H1Bs, but H4EAD Indian scum can apply.

This is the longest I’ve ever been unemployed in my life is now - 2 plus months. Strange feeling not being a productive member of society. Used to make fun of leeches. Now I am one.
Last year, I had 3 or 4 solid jobs lined up in less than month, and I chose the best offer. This year is far, far different.
