It’s simply untrue that “everyone” hates him. The gays and the geriatric Catholic left still seem to love the guy, as evidenced by the glowing “amen” articles and comment sections at America magazine and the NC Reporter. Though perhaps it’s more precise to say that they love his *agenda* rather than his thoroughly deplorable character and personality.
My sister living inn heavily Catholic Western NY says most of the Catholics there love him.
Then again, look at Buffalo and its political landscape. Democrat and corrupt to the core for literally decades.
It was bad when I was a clueless teenager and didn’t care about politics but even I picked up on it then. It must have been far worse than I knew because I can remember it.
