Disbelief as “Green King Charles” Gives Royal Assent to New Gene Breeding Technology
PatriotandLiberty Blog ^ | Mar 27, 2032 | Julian Rose

In one of the more shocking hypocrisies of this year so far, Charles III, King of England – considered to be a strong supporter of organic farming and environmental causes – has given his Royal Assent to a biotechnology ‘innovation’ which will provide an open book for UK firms to alter the genome of animals and plants, so as to create novel engineered species and biotech ‘foods’.

And eventually create a superior man. It’s one of the doctrines of the globalist decalogue.

With the genetic engineering of new animals and plants, the development of AI, and the continued exploration of the nuclear realm, our world is on a collision course with unimaginable horror.

God and/or any other beings watching with an interest in the continued existence of this planet had better make their move NOW...or there won't be anything left to save.

On a positive note, communists (including but not limited to the Chinese), globalists, and Wokesters picked the wrong time for their takeover of the world. They are like the family that just got a great deal on that famous house in Amityville.

I believe we are an object lesson to history and the universe to show what happens when a world rebels. When this is all over, any future possible creation that gets tempted to go his own way can be shown our history in order to learn what can happen when you reject God and go your way.

At least he was smart enough to be too busy to see his obnoxious son when the idiot son showed up for a court case.

Well, if beings from elsewhere in the universe are as stupid as humans, they will ignore this lesson the way we modern Americans ignore what happened in Nazi Germany.

Were it not for the God of the Bible, humans would be utterly hopeless.

On a positive note, the atheists who want to lift humans to a god-like plateau aren't doing very well lately either.

I looked around to see if I could find any confirmation that King Charles has abandoned his "green" dreams and couldn't find any. So the article which is the subject of this thread might be taken with a grain of salt.

I did however find a brief article that is similar (though it doesn't mention Charels).

UK's Precision Breeding Bill Now an Act of Parliament March 29, 2023

On March 23, 2023, the UK's Genetic Technology (Precision Breeding) Bill received Royal Assent and became an Act of Parliament and law. The Act is a major step in unlocking growth and innovation in new technologies, reinforcing food security in the face of climate change, and ensuring that England becomes a world leader in agri-food innovation.

The Precision Breeding Act covers precision-bred plants and animals developed through techniques such as gene editing, which is different from genetic modification. Under the Act, a new science-based and streamlined regulatory system will be introduced to facilitate greater research and innovation in precision breeding while maintaining stricter regulations for genetically modified organisms (GMOs). The government will take a step-by-step approach and enable precision breeding technologies for plants first, followed by animals later.

The Act has the powers to:

Remove plants and animals produced through precision breeding technologies from regulatory requirements applicable in England to the environmental release and marketing of GMOs.

Introduce two notification systems; one for precision-bred organisms used for research purposes and the other for marketing purposes. The information collected will be published on a public register on GOV.UK.

Establish a proportionate regulatory system for precision-bred animals to ensure animal welfare is safeguarded. Changes to the regulations for animals will not be introduced until this system is in place.

Establish a new science-based authorization process for food and feed products derived from using precision-bred plants and animals.

For more details about the Precision Breeding Act, read the press release in GOV.UK.

You’re right. Trying to lift ourselves up is bringing us lower than we’ve ever been. Kind of ironic that our best selves are brought out by an understanding of how dependent we are.

Actually, this is perfectly consistent with the greenies. I suspect that a lot of this is about developing plant based meat substitutes, since the greenies, paradoxically, reject real meats, dairy products, etc. and go for completely artificial made-in-the-lab “substitutes.”

It mentioned that the “precision breeding” will start with plants first, so I assume they’re being “bred” to have more protein or some other necessary component.

Good point. That would explain why Charles is on board with it.

Stories like are so complicated that it would be impossible to know Charles' motivation unless you were sitting in on a meeting with him.

I seriously doubt he has changed his commitment to "green." He's been brainwashed for years and years.

Anyone else wondering if, as is rumored, the House of Windsor has been using a little help from Mr Science to produce its offspring for a few generations now...

Not surprising coming from a family with a history of inbreeding and at least one genetic disorder.

In the eyes of sociopaths humans are nothing more than evolved apes or other kinds of animals, therefore subject precision breeding technology the same as all other animals.

Agreed. Just as the mind of Karl Marx was subject to evil elemental spirits, et al, so are the minds of the groups you mentioned. Of course this holds true for them whether they believe in the existence of evil spirits or not since their minds contain no power to create reality and all that exist therein. And so, just as Marx did their work, so do Transhumans, Big Pharma, Big Finance, etc.

I read the article which seems a bit hysterical. We have no idea what the actual legislation is about. Also, the King has nothing to do with legislating and is not required to sign off on any legislation. What I believe the king can do is stop any particular piece of legislation, but I can’t recall a case in modern times where the monarch has done so. I suspect that the king’s “failure” to step in and quash the legislation is what this bit of hyperbolic vitriol is about. I suspect that the king’s power is in words only and if he tries to use it that power will quickly vanish, which is probably why it is not frequently used.

As for not labeling genetically modified products, that will likely get all UK products banned from the EU, which would probably like to do that anyway. As further thought, there is probably no product of any sort that has not benefited from some sort of genetic manipulation, although not gene splicing. Try, for example, a native Florida orange. They are tiny and sour. But the root stock is excellent for other oranges whose roots do not survive the microbes in Florida’s soil. Then there’s our cattle, which weigh more than twice what their remote ancestors weighed.

When you live on an island, like the UK, you only have so much space. The UK would probably like to optimize that space, so they don’t have to import as much food as they currently do. Having crops that would grow in the UK’s weather would be great if they ever end up in a SHTF scenario.

Okay, didn’t realize there was a hyperlink to the actual act. It appears to bring the UK into line with, as I understand it, the US’ take on the same subject. There are companies in the US making billions for their genetically modified products which are superior to the old types. For example, wheat that could grow in Africa’s desert areas except they can’t use it as Europe has leaned heavily on them threatening that if they do all trade would be cut off.
Much better for Africans to starve than to use GMO wheat from the US.

The act opens a whole area of innovation that has been cut off in Europe.

Nowhere in the act did I see anything about the king’s signature being required or needed. So, again, the overall blog seems to be a vehicle to channel vitriol towards the royal family.

This man is demonic. What irony that they call this demon “defender of the faith”. What faith exactly is this earth worshipper defending?
