Here is the theological theory about the Anti-Christ. Satan, like everyone else, does NOT know the time of the end-times. So, he has to keep someone ready over, what is now a 2000+ year span. So, he has always had an anti-Christ ready for that span, whether it was Hitler or Napolean or whoever. Christ Himself said there would be many anti-Christs come, don’t be fooled.
So the people in the 1940’s who said this guy Hitler sure looks like the anti-Christ, could have been correct, if the 1940’s was the period of the end times. But it wasn’t. So Satan has to develop someone else in case the end times are 2025-2035 or 2050-2060 or later.

No one knows the day and the hour is not said for nothing.
I’ll go with 2060 ..
.U.S.A. is to Big to fail-—for now.
.
Thinking outside the box-—I like it.
Seems satan is an opportunist, a rich kid that was given everything and never worked for a Thing but always wanted more. Then he went for God and Literally got Fired.
He will be chewing Brimstone for Eternity!
.
No sympathy for the devil.
That’s an interesting perspective that I had never thought of.

You know The Thing.
Thanks!
Twice ten thousand (20,000) times ten thousand (10,000) would be 200 million.
The siege and attack lasted five months.
But the war lasted 7 years. The Temple was sacked and burnt at the midway point of those 7 years. (cf "the daily sacrifice shall end") During the sacking of the Temple, Titus and his men brought their regimental standards -- Roman regimental standards were idols, to Caesar and other pagan "divinities" -- into the Temple, and sacrificed to them. (cf "Desolating Abomination")
There were no heavenly signs.
Josephus categorically disagrees with you. I'm inclined to trust him; he was there and we weren't.
The world and the reign of men did not come to an end.
But "the world" of Second Temple Judaism certainly did.
As I say, prophecy has multiple fulfillments. None of this means it won't happen again, and on a bigger scale. But something of prophetic significance certainly happened in AD 70. AD 70 wasn't the end of the world, but it was a symbol of it.
I appreciate you taking to the time to spell it out.
They certainly blew that opportunity in time to usher it in.
That’s certainly a theory I can agree with.
The real time limit as to when time runs out for Satan is the fullness of the Gentiles (Romans 11:25).
Acts 15:13-18 goes into the order of it.
There is some number The Lord has in mind for Gentile believers during the Church Age of Grace that must be saved. It’s clearly in the billions - maybe north of 10 billion, who knows?
The convergence of Prophetic events suggests that we are almost to the end of this Age of Grace however. Every new believer in Christ is now, one more number closer to the “fullness of the Gentiles”.
Amen!
God Bless You!
A favorite text taken out of context by scoffers no doubt.
So according to you some know the day and the hour but that list says nothing to go.
Got it.
Do you even know what the rest of the verse states and what it previously describes?
Or are you just one of those “nobody knows the day or hour” types and roll your eyes at the rest of us?
I’ve met 10 year olds who have more of a desire to know than you weak minded types.
Insulting me. Yeah. You really sound like a follower of Christ.
When you scoff at Scripture expect pushback.
You can identify them by their fruit, that is, by the way they act. Beware of false prophets. They come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves.
What’s your fruit?
Scoffing, mocking, and judging is what it looks like to me.
You come here on a Prophecy Thread and mock prophecy.
Here’s one I’ll apply to you then.
Proverbs 26:4-5
Answer not a fool according to his folly, Lest thou also be like unto him.
