Surely your reaction was not premeditated. It is amazing how the hand of God sometimes shows Itself not so quietly. Perhaps this will help the Cardinal see things clearly...with more understanding of eternity.

(I'm going to have to go to confession over my initial reaction to this news...) God DOES work in mysterious ways! I never felt it was wrong to pray to God that He either convert of get rid of someone. If we perceive a shepherd as a wolf and in fact he is one; is it wrong to desire that God either change him back to a shepherd or expel the wolf from the flock? Maybe I should go to confession also!
