Jose Ometeotl, the city manager of Lynwood, California suggested that the shooting of two Los Angeles County deputies over the weekend was not surprising and even indicated that it was payback for how law enforcement has treated the community.
The story: Ometeotl posted a meme on his Instagram page featuring 1960’s black leader Malcolm X alongside the words “chickens come home to roost.” He wrote that “the shooting of anyone is a wholly unacceptable occurrence in society” and “[t]he fact that someone randomly opened fire on deputies is to be expected in the society we live in today.”
Ometeotl pointed out that he does not condone violence but cited “deputy gangs that inflict fear and violence” who have “murdered, framed and stole from the community just because they could.”

The Left are so emboldened because not only are their views supported (mostly) by the media, education establishment and much of government in the USA, they rarely face financial or professional retribution and never face physical retribution. It gives them a false sense of self-righteousness.
Imagine if he feared chickens coming home to roost on him, while he sat in his parked car. He would not say the things he is saying.

Yet these brainless idiots voted him in, and would likely do so, again.

The video supports your observation. The shooter was not just out for a stroll eating skittles. He ran straight to the driver’s window and opened up. He shot one-handed, in the ghetto style taught on TV.
Maybe it was the angle or my poor perceptual skills, but the shooter looked to me like either a kid or a fairly short adult.
The only good news is that by now, the area is flooded with cops from other parts of the state. On the clock, off the clock, they don’t care. A loose cop killer brings everybody out who can possibly get there.
POS will be very lucky if all he gets is a good beat down while he was ”resisting”.
