it doesn't matter if the doctor was an activist or not, the people voted (prop 215) to let doctors prescribe cannabis as necessary. Do states rights still exist? not when a California judge is a pussy and bows down to federal law.

With you I'm not going to get into a long discussion on the federal constitution. There are certain elements of that document that you should be aware of - including the fact that it is supreme to any laws passed by the states. Even ones backed by dope pushers and anti americans like George Soros. Its a check against clowns like ones you're defending.
