(CNSNews.com) - Sen. John F. Kerry bowed his head and put his hand over his heart as he stood before President Ronald Reagan's coffin on Tuesday. "Entering the lobby, Kerry paused in silent reflection at the foot of the mahogany casket and bit his lip before making the sign of the cross and then stepping away," the Boston Globe reported. Former President Bill Clinton was frequently photographed biting his lower lip. The Boston Globe reported that many other Democrats will pay their respects to Ronald Reagan - when his body arrives in Washington. Kerry was in California for his daughter's graduation from film school. He suspended his campaign activities this week out of respect to Reagan, but the decision has virtually sidelined him at a time when President Bush is very much in the headlines.
Why did he make the sign of the Cross? Reagan wasn't Catholic and this wasn't in a sacred setting.
A salute would be appropriate. I suppose Kerry is still courting the Catholic vote.
LOL! That's okay. I have enough love in my heart for the both of us.
Another pic of Kerry-not sure if he was coming or going...

Teresa is staying under the radar. Believe she knows she could blow more holes in Kerry's campaign.
It's frightening to think that SOB might actually win. We've already had one of those, and one is quite enough.
he was leaving, he should just keep on leaving

Catholics are important in Pennsylvania. It's all about Pennsylvania.
yes he should
Then shouldn't we demand that we see and hear more of TA-re-Zaa?
Hypocrisy personified.
Scouts Out! Cavalry Ho!
I don't know if you are aware, but JFnK is a Vietnam Vet!
No... He is a Vietnam vet?
he should have pulled his mouth over his head and digested himself,so we did not have to see him again.
"Now, I've fought all my life for peace. I fought against the war in Vietnam. When I came home, I fought against Ronald Reagan's illegal war in Central America."
"I'm not going to characterize other people, but while he (Clark) was voting for Richard Nixon and for Ronald Reagan, I was fighting against both of their policies and what they did, frankly, to the average working person in this country and to some of our hopes and dreams."
"We lost one of our great optimists. President's [sic-President] Reagan's belief in America was infectious, and because of the way he led, he taught us that there was a difference between strong beliefs and bitter partisanship."
More JFnK flip-flops.
Have you tried biting your lip?
