He was sooo, injured that he was leading hunting safaris for cash and while receiving federal workers comp. The Bum got caught, but this was during the klintoon years. I would imagine if he were a FOB that he received a promotion and a performance incentive cash award. Possibly, he could not recall that he was receiving workman's comp.
