Did not say it did. I said it was time to "resurrect"/enforce the 10th Amendment. Read it. If it is not included or enumerated in the Constitution, it is reserved to the States. Sharing information without approval by each and every state would be required.
But only for the oligarchs who run the place --- since the poor in Mexico are just getting worse off. The oligarchs don't want to lose their access to all the wealth that Mexico provides them --- what happens to them when they have to flee to exile in Europe? They have plenty to live on for the rest of their lives --- but they'll have no more millions being added. The Salinas de Gortari family is a good example --- they could live well (the ones still alive that is) in Europe --- but their greed takes them back to Mexico --- just like Carlos --- he couldn't stay in Ireland living high on the hog --- there is more wealth to raid in Mexico.

INHOFE SAYS INTELLIGENCE REFORM BILL OVERLOOKS MAJOR ISSUES

WASHINGTON--U.S. Sen. James M. Inhofe (R-Okla.) today voted against the final passage of the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004 (S.2845), which was eventually approved by the Senate (89-2).
"Today I joined the majority of our Oklahoma delegation in voting against the final passage of this bill," Inhofe said. "While there where many provisions I agreed with, unfortunately there were also glaring omissions that where impossible to overlook and caused me to oppose final passage.
"Stripped from the final version of this bill were five provisions that I felt were absolutely imperative to include in this reform package. Once you pass a bill, you lose your leverage to get those things that were controversial back in the bill. I do not have any doubt that the Speaker would bring this up at the beginning of the next Congress, but I have serious doubts that once passed in the House that those five areas that I have outlined would be corrected in the Senate. "Many people would be outraged to know that there is a 3.5 mile gap in our fence line with Mexico that exists solely to preserve the environment of five birds that are protected by the Endangered Species Act. The provision in the bill to patch this hole was removed because apparently repairing our border will disturb these five animals."
Senator Inhofe also expressed dismay that the following provisions were removed from the original version of this legislation:
* Electronic Confirmation by State DMVs of the Validity of Other States' Driver's Licenses and Driver Information.
* Anti-Trafficking Provision that Adds to the Existing Criminal Code Regarding the Sale of ID Counterfeiting Technology and Information.
* A Requirement for Proof of Lawful Presence in the United States.
* Temporary Driver's License requirements that State Visas and similar Documents Should Expire on the Same Date as Temporary Licenses.
* Restriction on a State's Ability to Accept Foreign Documents like the Matricula for Driver's Licenses.

There's a few good ones in the Senate although the Republicans it seems are worse than many of the democrats on this issue. They're only thinking of their own personal careers and could care less what kind of country is left to our grandkids.
We have and continue to be invaded by a foreign force bent on stealing the Birthright of law abiding American Citizens. Along with doing everything possible to pander to the desires of the Un-documented aliens already here, our government and its lackeys we tolerate are making sure multiple millions more will be allowed to hammer in the last nail of our coffins by destroying our National Sovereignty which is our ability to decide and follow through with the Real American Dream. I can only speak for myself but what are we celebrating these days in America? Sure, We covet Freedom and Liberty and believe it is everyone's right to live and prosper so we can enrich our families "LEGAL" right to live here and pay your taxes. My question is still what are we celebrating as you observe everything you and I have worked for our entire lives being negotiated and bartered away and still you have to support a system that does not support you and what is near and dear to you.
As long as the "Will Of The People" continues to be ignored I see nothing to celebrate at all. Time is working double overtime against us. There are powerful forces in our own country who have no interest whatsoever in protecting our endangered way of life. By simply refusing to do simple necessary things they are propping wide open the highway to quick and deadly internationalization of our country. Those groups namely the Carlyle Group- which houses the most virrulent forms of SOCIALISM known to man who have fed the ignorant masses a steady diet of "You can Trust Us" "WE Know Whats Best For You" "And The Classic "WE Are Aware Of Whats Needed"! They don't have a clue, they lulled the ignorant masses to sleep years ago precisely for what we are seeing right now.
Have you even noticed the trend they have engineered in the last Two Elections? The clossness in the outcome is nothing less than the Coup de Grais of the Socialist minions to create a situation they hope will destroy and eliminate interest in the voting mindset. It would not take much more of this to finish the process off.
Even when you do take the time to cast a vote those who get elected are not "representatives" who pursue the "WILL OF THE PEOPLE"! The Legal American voting public are losing the battle of communication. The views of the people are falling on deaf ears;& what you think makes no matter. It is my sad duty to tell you that "THEY" don't mind and you don't matter anymore. Look at our country's dillema and be true to yourself and know this is exactly what this bunch of hoodlums have planned all along for you. This time instead of a local syndicate Crime Boss to worry about you now have multiple millions in place and those who are charged with protecting you and me admit openly out of their own filthy mouths they don'have a clue where they are or how to round them up. We are just expected as "LEGAL CITIZEN TAXPAYERS to continue to pony up and pay through the nose while experiencing less and less of the American Dream.
You are correct. The word hate has been hijacked by the humanists and the PC police. The 1864 Websters says the word hate means "extreme dislike". And thats what Jesus felt when he used the word in the Bible.
Once the amnesty gets over with, and the 20 million new "citizens" start voting, they'll be their laws, not ours. They will form massive political blocks in a few states, which they will essentially control (and their enablers, like LULAC/MALDEF/LaRaza know that well).
Invasion leads to domination. Which means we're no longer free if Mr. Hagel's amnesty, just like Mr. Bush's amnesty, gets passed.

Look, I like Rudy as a person. I think he did an amazing job during 911 and showed great leadership, securing his place as a 21st century American hero. And I think that his stumping for Bush helped Bush quite a lot last year, and he deserves the conservatives gratitude.
But I would not vote for a pro-choice, pro-gun control candidate for president, regardless. And I doubt I'm alone.
Hagel criticizes Bush far too much for my liking and I will not vote for him in the primary (hoping Santorum runs, or any true conservative), but I would vote for him in the general election, because he does support key republican issues.
