I think conservatives would vote for Guiliani before Hagel in a GOP primary.

I don't think that Hagel will be our "choice".
Look at the past presidential elections; It's always been someone who was a Governor who won. The Republican Party knows that.

Time and again, it's been proven that governors win Presidential elections; Senators lose.

If the Dems want to pick the Hildabeast as their choice, they will guarentee themselves another loss.

As another FReeper pointed out; Hagel is more of a windsock then he is a compass.
