Alex has yet to run a bad race. I wouldn't even call the race he finished last in a bad race, considering he had a lung infection. He is a scrappy little horse.

yep and this is the part of the triple crown that emphasizes speed.

the Kentucky Derby is in the middle. The Preakness you need to be fast and the Belmont you need to have endurance.....

Yup. That is why so few horses win it. Almost none of them have all three qualities.

yeah...

the housing development my parents live in have all their roads named for triple crown winners. The problem is that they have 3 more streets than names right now LOL :)
