Oh, man. I remember predicting that MD4BUSH would turn out to be a Duncan operative. Makes sense -- spread the rumor about O'Malley and then smear Ehrlich by blaming him for it.

, remember when Larry Johnson threatened a FReeper who'd left his email addy exposed on his home page?

I'd love to have this pussilanimous butt-boy threaten me personally. He'd be looking at the inside of his skull with his mis-aligned eyeballs.

From what I've been able to gather, Damian O'Doherty went from the Greater Captital Area Association of Realtors directly to the Duncan campaign after a brief period in the O'Malley camp.

So basically, he worked for O'Malley when it was assumed that O'Malley would be the next governor only to then work for Duncan when O'Malley sat out the 2002 race. Sounds like opposition research.

I can't wait for the primary.

Exactly! Cannot believe a staffer for the Governor fell for that trick either.

I just wonder that perhaps MD4Bush knew BEFOREHAND that Steffen was posting under NCPAC screen name and specifically targeted him. I think that is more likely, than that he just accidentally was able to get to him. The more I think about it, the more this looks like a preplanned Dem dirty tricks operation.

This sleazebag works for the Baltimore Metropolitan Council, which is the apperent successor to the Baltimore Regional Planning Council. I worked with that outfit when I was on staff to the Baltimore Planning Commission.

When you look at the organization he works for, Mayor O'Malley is one of his bosses. His new job after the Democratic Party should be over by noon tomorrow, if y=not earlier. I remember when then-Mayor Shaeffer had a staff member fired from that organization because the staffer reached a conclusion in a document that the Mayor didn't like. (In the course of highway litigation, we found the Mayor's handwritten note calling for the guy to be fired.)

Ryan's rump is grass, to put it mildly.

Mr. O'Doherty may have greater concerns than keeping his current job, if this story continues in its current trajectory.

WBAL news team has announced at 5pm on The Ron Smith Show that MD4Bush has been identified as Ryan O'Doherty, a former Maryland Democrat Party operative/official.

The hunt was on in this thread:

TIPP Tracking poll 10/15/04 Bush 47% Kerry 44, Bush 47%-43% 2 way. (Posted on 10/15/2004 9:13:31)

Nah. I'm not really active as a volunteer or anything But I read some of your comments about Keyes you said you work on a lot of campaigns and in MD doing special ops, reminded me of Rove. I agreed with the stuff you said about Keyes and Mike Steele. Shame that one nutcase doesn't get it. Anyway, just like bloggin away. We gotta be real about 2006 gonna be tough. Might need to play dirty. Most recent campaign activity: Me and my buddies went to the dem debate party at a bar in baltimore heckling Kerry, O'Malley and all the other dems kept giving us dirty looks, we just kept heckling like we were at an O's game.

A little about Moby Dicks...

Punk the prez? - Moby's anti-Bush tricks (New York Daily News 2/09/04)

One of Sen. John Kerry's celebrity supporters is ready to pull out all the stops to get him elected. Republicans are shrieking over a suggestion by rocker Moby that Democrats spread gossip about President Bush on the Internet. "No one's talking about how to keep the other side home on Election Day," Moby tells us. "It's a lot easier than you think and it doesn't cost that much. This election can be won by 200,000 votes."

Moby suggests that it's possible to seed doubt among Bush's far-right supporters on the Web.

I know the organization that Ryan temporarily works for, the Baltimore Metropolitan Council. One of the people he reports to is -- surprise, surprise -- Mayor O'Malley. I just put a Post Script on my Newsbusters.org article, predicting that by noon on Wednesday, Ryan will be unceremoniously fired from his current job.

Good riddance to bad rubbish.

The bigger question is will Damian O'Doherty face any consequences when it's possible that he helped Ryan orchestrate the stunt from Baltimore County Executive Jim Smith's office? Also, will Damian's campaigning for O'Malley and Duncan come in to play?

One thing's for sure grandma' Rose is not going to be happy.
