Former President Bill Clinton urged a crowd young professionals at the trendy Manhattan club, Crobar, Tuesday night to contribute to his wife's reelection campaign, promising she will "do you proud."
"Please do everything you can to keep helping Hillary because she'll always do you proud," he told the crowd, which ponied up at least $100,000 for the event.
In a brief 15-minute speech, Clinton once again blasted Bush economic policies, saying, "It bothers me that I’ve gotten five tax cuts [meanwhile] every day we borrow money from China, South Korea, Japan.”
He was interrupted at one point by an audience member who shouted his endorsement for a prospective Hillary presidential campaign.
"We'll get into that," Mr. Clinton promised, but never returned to the subject.
Mrs. Clinton did not attend the event.

Think about every "scandal" circulating about Republicans today, and you can recall Billary having done the same (in SPADES or WORSE) during their administration or earlier:
Tom Delay and Money Laundering: how many campaign finance violations did the Clintons do with their White House coffees?
Duke Cunningham and bribes: Billary swapping pardons for $; swapping missile technology for campaign contributions by the Red Chinese!
Bill Frist selling his HCA stock: Hillary's "blind trust manager" was shorting pharmaceutical companies while she and her secret "nationalize healthcare task force" were doing their deliberations and slamming pharmaceutical companies which drove down their share prices.
Scooter Libby & lying to investigators: Where to begin... missing billing records; perjury of Bubba; lying to Congress/the Cabinet/The American People...
I don't think the GOP has an equivalent to Cattle-Futures, all of the malfeasance associated with Whitewater (McDougals paying for the Clinton's participation -- and then Hillary wanting the tax benefits from the LOSS!!! -- in exchange for support for the McDougal's S&L and other developments that would ultimately cost tax-payers $45MM), Travelgate, FBI Filegate, etc. etc.
I know that the mainstream media will never mention any of the above, but I think Hillary is going to have to dodge a lot of these "issues" if she ever does make her run. I'm sure she'll "do us proud."

I think the most "troubling" period of my life, besides the four years we put up with the bug-eyed socialist from Georgia, was the eight grueling years we put up with these two oafs.
It was amazing that a revolution wasn't started that would have tossed these self-appointed geniuses out on their fat, padded-at-government expenses arses!

I mean, seriously, if the tax cuts are a problem, why hasn't he done that? Why doesn't he urge all his Fat Cat friends to do the same?
But they are not interested in the government getting it's hands on their money. They want the government to get it's hands on my money.
This "It's wrong I got five tax cuts" line is a standard Bubba talking point. It boggles my mind why people don't ask him the obvious question every time he uses it. But nobody does. They just wanna bask in his reflected glow.
