He's already nuts.

You've got to hand it to Moussaoui, he stays on message.

He'd be claiming victory regardless of what the jury decided. Right now, he claims he won because he remains alive. Had he been sentenced to death, he would have claimed victory by becoming a martyr and inspiring other jihadists. Moussaoui's a one-note musical instrument.

There's a way to guarantee it...put a prison bounty on his head. $1 million (raised through contributions on different websites) to the relative of the first convict that puts a shank through him!

Or Secretary of State.

Life in prison with out parole is a cop out in my opinion. It's a coward's sentence. Think about it, you're still taking away their life, you're just doing it more slowly. They don't have the guts to take responsibility for the act.

In WWII there were six German spies that came into the US. They were captured here in the US before they could do any damage. FDR had all six of them taken out and shot.

Have we really come so far down this road to where we simply don't have guts to impose real justice where is warranted?

I'm in shock that there is a group of US citizens that couldn't agree to string this guy up...I'm truly in shock.

I certainly wouldn't have a problem sentencing him to death. Twice. And I'll pull the switch, level, or trigger if the rest the country is squeamish to do it. Everyone else can go cry in the corner with Nancy Pelosi and the rest of the spineless libs.

Sorry for the rant... I'm just deeply disappointed by this.

He'll never see the general population. He'll be segregated for all of his years.

including the Federal Supermax in Florence, Colorado, the prisoners are allowed to have a television.

They said on the local news this morning that the television only plays religious programing and anger management counseling. LMAO!

"He will be in Supermax. He won't be face to face with anyone but the guards."

My understanding is that he will have 23-hours of complete isolation per day, with one hour for exercise and a shower.

It may very well be that he'll never have remorse for his actions, but will be terribly sorry that he was caught.

And I'm sure the guards are gonna take a few free shots at him every time he looks at them sideways.

I'd love to learn that he'll watch 24-hours of John Hagee.

I'm picturing the rest of his life listening to "infidels" preach at him. I hope he opens a vein...

"I hope they kill him in prison."

This is probably the safest prison in the country, since it is near 100% isolation.

Incidentally, Ted Kaczynski and Terry Nichols are there.

Supermax facilities are also known as Level 5 facilities, or "the Shoe."

At one of the local state facility, I used to teach literature to people in the shoe. I sat on a chair in the hall, and the preisoners shouted answers from their cells. Interesting experience.

I don't think so.

I think he will appeal his sentence and seek futher public attention via the appeals process.

He is being sent to the SuperMax. I doubt he will necessarily be allowed to be at risk.

Just wait for his parole hearings...

Alive, Moussaoui serves as a pretext for "hostages" to be taken, with the threat to kill them unless Moussaoui is released. I expect this to happen repeatedly from now on, with most of those taken suffering the ultimate penalty that Moussaoui should have paid.

That's as good an argument as any for killing him soon, but even if he had gotten the death penalty, what's the chances it would have been carried out within the next ten years? By that point, either the West will have won this world war, or the muzzies will have.

What is needed is an offshore fund for the family of anyone who kills him. I'd pledge some bucks for that.

WE must now prepare

Amnesty international cruel condition protests
ABA cruel and unusual punishment cases
The appeal
The french government (CH.E.S.M.) demanding he be set to france to serve in their jail...until THEY release him.
We now have a parade of leftists seeking to use the madman.

I would like to be the one to approve his menu.

There are thousands of ways to prepare the "other white meat"
and then there are thousands of products that contain elements of pork fat and pork skin.
