Why? It's perfectly legal for a homosexual man to mount a 16 year old boy. 16 is the legal age of consent. The democrats made sure of it.

And he didn't even "mount" anybody. He only said "Touch your schlong for me...oooh, I'm so excited". It is all so pathetic. Gerry Studds rode his 17-year old pony and get re-elected 5 times! I didn't see calls for Tip O'Neill to resign. Hastert needs to come out and ATTACK!
