Which candidate supports leaving the Middle East altogether and thereby giving the Islamic extremists free reign? Which candidate says that Iran is HARMLESS and would let Israel hang out to dry?

My 88 y/o mother told me the other day that Paul is the only person she will vote for for president because he is the only one that tells the truth. She says he reminds of her of Harry Truman. She is a life long Democrat, but will vote for RP in the primary.

Smoke and mirrors.
He may define life anytime he wants but he believes there should be NO, NONE, NADA effort from the Federal Government to protect that same life. Including being opposed to a properly executed constitutional ammendment to clarify the ALREADY written clauses in the constitution protecting the life of American Citizens (born or unborn).

"She is a life long Democrat, but will vote for RP in the primary." Another verification right from the horses mouth. Ron Paul, the candidate of life long Democrats the nation over.

Actually, Dr. Paul has made only one appearance at Arab-American Institute as did many other GOP candidates. And he is just as willing to appear at Jewish conferences if they invite him. RP goes pretty much wherever he's invited and always has. One thing I've learned about Paul supporters, they couldn't tell the truth if it stared them in the face.
Bill Richardson, Dennis Kucinich Ron Paul were there, Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, and John Edwards addressed the conference via video hookup. Obama also sent an adviser, Tony Lake, and Edwards sent his campaign manager, David Bonior. Democratic National Chairman Howard Dean was there as well.
And skip the crap like this in your response, you do reflect on Paul's credibility.
So then would you regard Jews (who are circumcised for religious reasons) as having "sacred magic penises"? (Maybe SJackson will insist they are, LOL, he can address that if he likes). But then would the yarmulke be considered a "sacred magic hat"?

Well, we have had an article posted on FR recently telling Zionists that they
should vote for Ron Paul, since his hands off approach to Israel would help them in the long run.
Letting the Arabs and Jews work out their own problems-what a radical idea!

You must enjoy getting pwned.

Ron Paul has been fighting for the right to life from the beginning of his public career, writes Christian-conservative talk-show host and columnist Chuck Baldwin today. Dr. Paul is rock-solid on pro-life. After all, he has helped over 4,000 women deliver their babies into the world in his obstetrics practice in Lake Jackson, Texas.
Has he recently discovered these pro-life convictions? Baldwin continues. Not at all. Congressman Paul introduced the Human Life Amendment in Congress in his very first term of Congress, a couple of years after Roe v. Wade was first handed down.
Regardless, I believe that the HLA is a pipe dream with no chance of ever passing. I personally like the Thompson state-by-state strategy of fighting abortion.

Israel not having to walk a tight-rope dictated by Bush and Dr Rice would not be "leaving them to hang out to dry."
To: jmc813
Okay so every abortionist out there who also delivers babies is “prolife” as well then? Nice logic there.

Not that my primary vote matters, I'm from KY, but have RP under consideration. The biggest problem I have with him is not the laundry list of kooks who support him. The biggest problem I have are his moral equivalence arguments against the war. He should focus on national interest arguments or even moral arguments but NEVER moral equivalence arguments like: How would you feel if the U.S. were invaded?
About Israel, Israel's biggest enemy is not the evil cult of Islam (that is exactly what it is.). Israel's biggest ememy is Almighty God and no matter how much money or technology we give them, they will still have that problem.
