Passing that video onward would be petty on my part, I thought. BUT, it DOES show that someone in his camp didn’t do their homework, AND it shows how Biden’s speeches are impersonal...just noise.

He has had a lot of practice recovering from gaffes, he has learned well. Yeah, that's true. He sure makes a lot of them! His personality is so grating. "Thanks Pal." He's such a backslapper. Annoying, arrogant, and not nearly as bright as he thinks he is. Not endearing qualities.
