Not to worry, the Muslims, being members of the Religion of Peace, simply want an agreement with the Pope, where Christianity won’t be promoted in Islamic nations, and in a repicrocal manner, Islam won’t be promoted in Christian nations. After all, wouldn’t it be really one-sided and unfair if proselytization were only permitted in one direction?

From another FR thread, too lazy to look it up, all of this was the result of a Christian soldier whose church in the USA had Bibles translated to Pushtan and sent them to him. He was distributing them and preaching the gospel. Our own military put a stop to it. It’s over.

My guess is that it’s Protestants who are proselytizing because it’s not the way Catholics witness. We’re told that The Holy Spirit decides when a person is ready to become a Catholic. The person will inquire about Catholicism when the Holy Spirit leads him/her.
A Catholic may invite a friend to Mass but Catholics are not trained the way Protestants are to go door to door and inquire about a person’s salvation.
The Taliban thinks the Pope is the head of all Christians because the Taliban’s mental condition is “stuck on stupid in the 8th Century.”
I have been thinking about it and I think we should tell the Mozlems that since they are fighting for an 8th Century person, they should use only 8th Century equipment. No cell phones, no airplanes, no guns, rifles, grenade launchers, automobiles, tanks, etc. They should stick to . . . sticks and stones and scimitars. I mean, they’re such HYPOCRITES about their ‘religion’ ~~ They’re not being religious, they’re being BULLIES.
The USofA is not fighting as “Christians” so they are not restrained by any period armament.
