MestaMachine to Just A Nobody
The envirowhackos have just dumped over 600 new species to the EPA they want put on the endangered species list. They have more waiting. These things need to be acted upon within 30 or 60 days, forgot which. This is an attempt to “overwhelm” the system allowing for action by the REGULATORY czar, Cass Sunstein, who thinks trees should be represented in court.
If your property is anywhere these freaks want to enact EPA regs, guess what? They don’t give a tinker’s damn whose property it is. It will be under government control.
And if you think you can fight it in court, remember it was SCOTUS which made it possible for them to consider CO2 a toxic hazard so they could over-regulate industry out of business.
It was also SCOTUS which declared private property is no longer sacrosanct allowing the use of eminent domain to be abused by anyone with a few bucks aimed in the right direction.

Nope they are not even attempting to hide the true nature of their agenda. To many Americans 1)don’t even have a clue as to different political systems. 2)Live in a bubble thinking it’s just the political junkies fighting.
3) will happily go along, thinking their lives will not change.
If we don’t win this one...THEY are in for a rude awakening.
Does this mean that if one animal tries to eat or attack another animal they can sue? My guess is they will have an exemption since no human will be involved, but then again more money for the lawyers who will represent them.

My wife is wonderful, smart, up-to-date on events and conservative but she has so much faith in the American people that her confidence that this will all "turnout OK" can't be shaken.
I pray she's right.
I have my doubts. Bad things *do* happen to good people when things get out of control. Like now.
Bob Bennett is up for re-election and has competition, I doubt he voted the same way as Hatch.
