This is what makes this such a dicey operation. See, Mr. Trooprally, if you look again at the brackets, that 240,000 section goes all the way past the Grant memorial reflecting pool, across 3rd, to the end of the first block of the mall. (I, myself, first thought the 240,000 had to do with just the lawn area, west of the capitol steps. But it doesn't.)

SO, does that change your mind at all? Again, this doesn't matter that much, but . . .

Yep, picking a number is dicey alright.

I believe the difference is in your “1/3” and my “1/4” cause I did take into effect the triangular section by 3rd Street.
