Depends on who his father is.
The country of Kenya did not exist prior to 1962, so it did not participate in either World War.
However, the land that is now Kenya was part of German East Africa and British East Africa during WW1, and an extensive campaign between British regular forces and a German guerilla force was fought there the entire period.
During WW2, the entire land was now part of British East Africa, and was used as a base for attacks against Italian forces in Somaliland and Ethiopia.
Was he speaking of his Kenyan namesake or his American real daddy?

Stanley Armour Dunham is the grandfather of Barack Obama. He was born in 1918 and served as a sergeant in the U.S. Army during World War II.

Politicians (especially Democrats) have become so comfortable with lying that even something easily verified as a lie doesn’t phase them at all.
He was raised from age 10 onward by his grandfather Stanley Dunham who enlisted after the attack on pearl harbor and served as a sergeant in Europe during the war. He obviously misspoke.
Perhaps, perhaps not. He looks an awful lot like Stanley Dunham. It is certainly possible that he (Dunham) is actually the father and the mother may be some hooker friend of FMD. We just have no idea what the truth is about this guy. Sad.
