On Twitter I’ve read that one of the Canadian networks (not CBC or CTV) called a Conservative majority.

Congratulations. Given the choice between Harper and Comrade Obama, I’d take Harper 7 days a week.

Thank-you! I am very happy tonight. The Harper government has made some missteps in the past that even I (being a Harper supporter) didn’t like but hopefully he’ll do much better going forward with this new government. He is a good guy, a real conservative, friend of Israel, and good on the world stage. He represents our country well (imho). :)
