The FCC can’t regulate calls that originate overseas from places like India.
Just run your call center operation out of India and tell the FCC to pound sand.

Doesn’t matter. Just don’t answer calls from numbers that you do not recognize and if you are to cheap to invest in a caller ID it’s your own fault
