My bet is that it’s not Marco Rubio campaign, but his Florida nemesis, Jeb Bush campaign, trying to get people mad at Rubio. They are on the attack.

Trump was a little late due his plane landing late in Iowa. He was supposed to call in at about 65:30. The interview starts at 67:15 and extends to the end of the second broadcast hour, at 75:16. The interview ends amicably, and Mark is complimentary at the start of hour three and makes no reference to Rubio. Then he turns to Il Papa, Globull Warming, and de-growthers, Mark's name for the greeniacs.
