Carson is learning from Trump, don’t back down, the MSM is nothing but blood sniffing piranhas.
If they smell the blood of backing down, they will take you down.
I hope he sticks to his guns. I heard Trump defend Carson this morning, but I would rather have heard Trump AGREE with him.
If Carson backs down, it could be the signal to the whole country that they dare not say anything anti-muslim. Time to expose islam for what it is.

Ted Cruz is right. There is a difference between saying you could not vote for a candidate because they are a Muslim and saying that someone should not run because they are a Muslim. The first is entirely appropriate as each person makes their voting decisions based on their own criteria. The second violates Article VI of the Constitution.

Swearing yourself in on a book that says it’s a good thing to lie to infidels would be ludicrous.
Further the Koran is antithetical to the principles of liberty as enunciated in the Constitution.
Carson’s not my candidate, and a mushy Colin Powell on too many issues.
But simply having Trump, Carson and Cruz willing to make straightforward statements of the obvious like this is helpful.
It is hard for a citizenry to think what is not permissible to say. And yet, the obvious sometimes must be thought.

This does not make Carson any more electable than yesterday. A bit of “I can be like Trump” is nice but does not change who Carson is, weak and mean. He is not a leader.

My mother and father (Kennedy/blue collar democrats) agree with Dr. Carson and Mr. Trump.
Trump and Carson are making points that are opening the eyes of democrats.
After 8 years of Obama, and choices like Clinton and Sanders to vote for, I believe that the republican candidate that isn’t afraid to point out the obvious without backing down, will win a lot of votes across the aisle.
To put it plainly: there are a LOT of democrats that are tired of the hypocrisy and lying too.
