I was told yesterday that Trump is a liberal Democrat.

My reply:

Build the wall.
Enforce the law.
Deport them all.
End sanctuary cities.
End anchor babies.
Slap a moratorium on muslim immigration.
Cut the taxes.
Cut the spending.
Cut the regulations.
Cut the government.
Cut the debt.
Cut the EPA.
Repeal ObamaCare.
Get the feds out and allow health insurance to be sold over state lines.
Send education back to states.
Get a handle on trade.
Make trade deals in our own best interests.
Bring back capital.
Bring back manufacturing.
Bring back jobs.
Strengthen the economy.
Defend the second amendment.
Defend religious freedom.
Appoint constitutional conservative judges.
Rebuild our military.
Bomb the shit out of ISIS (and take their oil).

End political correctness.
Take the GOP head-on.
Take the media head-on.
Take the liberals head-on.
And win, baby, win.

All of the above on a shoestring budget compared to most of the 16 competitors he’s defeated (after they spent 100's of millions of donor bucks).

No PACs.
No big donors.
No party support.

What’s democrat about any of the above?
What’s not conservative?
What’s not to like?

And I’ll add a few more:

Redo the horrid Iran deal.
Take a serious look at NATO.
Require our allies to pay more for their defense.

Rebuild the Reagan Coalition and attract blue collar workers by making America first again on manufacturing, trade, secure borders, economy and jobs, jobs, jobs!

Make America Great Again!

I don’t subscribe to media interpretation. I just read the own man’s words. Try it, sometime. You might find something enlightening.

That is when I switched my vote. I saw him being with the establishment and Rubio on that stage and it turned me away from cruz. Now he is full blown establishment and all of us on here wanted to end the establishment and now some defend the establishment and repeat their talking points.

I have tremendous respect for Jim Robinson and his creation and maintenance of this site.

I stand by my convictions regarding Cruz.

I’ve never in 12 years here seen the kind of wild hysteria surrounding one political figure

I don’t like trump and there shouldn’t be any requirement to do so.

Please continue thinking and posting freely.

If you employ tens of thousands of people in your lifetime and build buildings that stand strong then you are no whackadoodle.

IMO we’ve had too many lawyers screw the country up.

“But a man who invited the Clintons to his wedding, contributed to their foundation and campaign, plus helped finance the 2006 and them congressional takeover that eventually gave us a Obamacare isn’t the least bit treacherous?”

Whatever Trump has or has not done has nothing to do with what Ted Cruz has and has not done. Each candidate stand and falls on their own merits and demerits. In the first place Ted Cruz lied, is not a natural born citizen, and is not a lawful candidate for POTUS. In the second place, even if you set aside the fact Ted Cruz is not a lawful candidate, his unethical conduct disqualifies him for consideration. In the third place, there can be no hope whatsoever to see Ted Cruz win the General Election against any Democrat candidate whatsoever. Not only will a large number of Republicans and Independents choose to stay home and not vote rather than vote for Cruz or the Socialist/communist Democrat candidate, a large number of Democrats who are voting for Trump will instead vote for the Democrat candidate or stay home and vote for no candidate. Fourthly, Ted Cruz will have no control over a rogue Congress that despises his guts and will do everything they can on both sides of the aisle to thwart Ted Cruz and continue the hollowing out of the U.S. economy in exchange for money, privilege, and power.

However imperfect Trump may be, the greater plurality of voters of all political persuasions find some measure of hope in Trump’s promised efforts to serve their economic and security interests not being offered by the other candidates, especially after Ted Cruz’s role in a number of bad trade deals like TPP. Consequently, attacking Trump for his faults as a means of changing the subject away from the failings of Ted Cruz and his politics is having a counter-productive effect. Although it is far too late for Ted Cruz to do so now, the only way he could have swayed the voters was to have become enough of an experienced business leader focused on fundamental reversal of the trade imbalance caused by government mismanagement to establish credibility with the voters against the very globalist elite from whom Ted Cruz is receiving support today in his election campaign. Bashing Trump no matter how justified or unjustified is not going to compensate for Ted Cruz’s own disqualifications.

Cut the spending.

Factually researched

Somebody please tell me where Trump says he's going to cut what in spending   Here's what we're spending right now (click pc to enlarge):

All I can find on spending cuts is from here:

TRUMP: I would get rid of some. For example, the Department of Education. I would certainly get rid of a lot of it. I want local education. We could save a fortune with Environmental Protection--

Q: what is another agency you'd get rid of?

TRUMP: Even in the military, I'm going to build a military that's much stronger than it is right now. But you know what? We can do it for a lot less.

Q: So you believe you can spend less money on defense than we do today?

TRUMP: I think we can make our defense much stronger and spend somewhat less money.

Source: Meet the Press 2015 interview moderated by Chuck Todd , Oct 4, 2015

He's talking cutting 2-1/2%.   Other people have quoted him as saying he'd increase military spending.   Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying Trump's bad, I'd just like to know what he's going to do.

“So Cruz is SO brilliant that he conceived of this plan to pose as a Constitutional Conservative when he was still in his single digits, and held to it through his entire life, private and public, to the point where everyone who knew him knows it, and the Country Club establishment knows and hates it about him.”

I never said or implied such a thing, but Ted Cruz did so. Ted Cruz is seen on video as a teenager and an adult saying pretty much all of that in his own words. If you can’t believe what Ted Cruz said about himself, you must then be concealing a belief that he really is a Lyin’ Ted Cruz long enough to hold your nose and push him forward as a candidate anyway.

“But you’re so smart, you see right through it — that this LIFE-LONG PASSION is just a pose.”

His father certainly did so as he kept shifting his political support between Communist Fidel Castro, the United States, Canada, back to the United States, from his first wife and then added a second wife without divorcing the first wife, abandoned the second wife and their son in Canada, and then divorced both wives at the same time, and finally changed from Canadian to U.S. citizenship. Ted Cruz has demonstrated some similar habits, so it hardly seems unfair to find the credibility of Ted Cruz to be lacking with regard to his reputation for fidelity to the voters and the conservative platform.

“Not you, you’re not taken in. You know that you should trust Donald Trump, a lifelong Clintonian amoral liberal and Clinton donor, who’s only talked semi-conservative (and not that, much) for the last fifteen minutes.”

I’ve never said, claimed, or implied Trump should be trusted; so you are barking up the wrong tree. When the other candidates remove themselves from serious contention due to ineligibility, unethical conduct, failure to represent the platform/s, and more; any voter must act on the basis of the available candidate/s who remain in the election, for good or ill.

“Him you trust, not the lifelong, sane Constitutionalist.”

I never said I trust Trump, so that is a false argument trying to put words in my mouth that I never said and would not say about any person serving as a politician.

Your usage of the word, “sane”, as a smear destroys your attempt to falsely portray Ted Cruz as a Constitutionalist. Ted Cruz is no more of a Constitutionalist than Barack Hussein Obama, especially when you consider how Ted Cruz was born as a Canadian citizen, remained a Canadian citizen all of his life, and falsely claims to be a natural born citizen of the United States with a contempt for the Constitution and rule of law.

“Tragic, and shameful.”

Your own contempt for the Constitution in order to embrace cult of personality in the form of Ted Cruz is just that indeed.

What happened since February 16th of this year and now? You told the “dear trump supporters” to “shove it!” then, and now, we Cruz supporters are liars, etc. By the way, that thread has been pulled of course with a simple reason “pulled.” Confusing.
