Numerous officers not moving. Looked like pools of blood near the officers bodies.

Person of Interest whose picture has been posted has turned himself in per Fox4 --
CNN noting maybe some caution is in order regarding the picture of the "suspect", we just plastered his face all over and said he was a suspect.
Now reporting a suspect in custody following a shootout.
Areva Martin urges caution in the other direction, that the protesters aren't associated with the shootings either. Notes that mass protests are planned for tomorow over the Loiusiana and Minneapolis.
CNN reported (in the field, on the phone) reporting that the "suspect" has been videoped running, with his gun, while shots are being fired. More or less clearing him, except the false report tends to carry further than the accurate one.
Dallas has called game wardens in to secure the perimiter! That's racist!
