Fox reported a witness saying one shooter was doing double-taps, pop pop, pause, repeat, maybe the guy wearing armor, and said he seemed to be intentionally avoiding shooting protestors while targeting police.

It is not that difficult to shoot stationary targets from a sitting position with a rifle. These officers were assassinated while standing In the street.
