Decisions of the Court are now transparently and affirmatively determined by party and ideology. We have lost our Constitutional Republic. We have lost a generation of citizens.

“We have lost a generation of citizens.”
A quarter century. The rot began on January 20, 1989.

Well...Ginsberg, you assisted in making “everything up for grabs” with counter constitutional actions. GTH

I don’t think they should even be commenting on political matters....our servicemen aren’t allowed to give their opinions on politics. Why are Supreme Court justices allowed what our military isn’t? Or is it only criticism of the CIC that is not allowed by the military? WHO has a better right since he is the one calling the shots for their careers?

By saying this, she proves she is extremely biased and also gives evidence she believes she is part of an oligarchy, not an equal branch.

The power to decide what the law means, and how it applies to specific cases, can *and will* be used to make Constitutions and democratic elections irrelevant.
Democracy: Two wolves and a lamb voting on what to have for lunch.
Republic: A democracy where two hundred wolves and one hundred lambs elect two wolves and one lamb as their representatives to vote on what to have for lunch.
Constitutional Republic: A republic with a Constitution guaranteeing that lamb is not on the lunch menu. Eventually, the Supreme Court rules—5 wolves to four lambs—that mutton is not the same as lamb.
Laws control the lesser man, right conduct controls the greater one, and neither control politicians. ~ Mark Twain

Yes. The Supreme Court will not longer consider “Foreign Law” to make its decisions.

I don't understand how a Supreme Court Justice can get away with making political statements. At the very least, you'd think fellow judges would not tolerate it.
It's obvious how corrupted the Supreme Court is. With decisions that make no constitutional sides and judges expressing political views, what's left?

In a democracy, almost everything is SUPPOSED to be “up for grabs,” and that is intolerable for a statist, elitist, authoritarian “justice” like Ginsberg.

Ruth, baby, too bad your seat is not up for grabs so you can be sent back to law school to take a remedial law class and maybe learn that the law is not about expressing your personal opinions. We can get any crackhead to do that.
