Don’t know what the rules are but in normal Roberts rules of order you could place an ammendment requiring it as a matter of substance to have a 2/3 vote to pass on the floor that would stop it...if not...all these bozos have home addresses and business...so after the convention there can be consequences from the locals...change your insurance agent...find a new farm supply store or whatever ...make them pay in the wallet.
Course the way i will repay it if it happens

This HAS to be against several state election laws if they are talking about negating bound delegates on the first ballot. If a simple RNC rule change can nullify 14 million + votes, then we the people are out of options short of CWII. I hope they fail.
