The Constitution takes priority over international law where the two are in conflict. This is because the power to make treaties does NOT include the power to make governing Law beyond what the Constitution permits the federal in the first place.
If the federal does not have a delegated power to do something it may NOT appropriate said power through a mere treaty. It is lawlessness that it pretends to do so.
The international agencies need to be taken down several pegs and some of these abominations need to be completely dissolved.
