Winning!

No reason illegal parents should get tax credits for their children.

It’s about time! The more I hear about this budget the more I like it. The earned income credit and child tax credit, although they shouldn’t even exist, should be only for Americans. Until they are removed completely…

None of my children have a Social Security number. We’ll pay the extra taxes just to help keep our kids out of some idiot database.

this would save I believe hundreds of billions of dollars over a few years...

I've heard that these illegals claim several children back in Mexico and get huge refunds...

meanwhile, all of us look at our taxes and wonder "why"?

SSN has always been required for dependents and the child care tax credit. I got it when my kids were little.

The president’s budget requires that those receiving the child care tax credit and the earned income tax credit now must have a Social Security number to claim those tax credits.
*******************
According to Mulvaney ,, he “thinks” the president meant the parents need a SSN... he damn well better have meant all persons on the tax return need a VALID SSN, if not they’ll just use 123-45-6789 or similar.

A Qualifying Child with a Disability

To be your qualifying child for EITC, a child must have a Social Security Number that is valid for employment and is issued before the due date of the return.

Amazing that liberals and their judges have actually advocated for a system to out-breed and subplant their 3rd world wonders over Americans all these years.

No one person should get EITC. As long as they know they’ll get more back than they paid in they’ll never care about how much taxes anyone pays. People paying taxes are a source of income to them.

Why wasn’t this in the original bill passed in1975 during the Ford administration? Because it was supposed to be a TEMPORARY payment to offset an increase in Social Security taxes! During the last 42 years, hundreds of billions of taxpayer dollars have been spent on fraud in this program, and illegal aliens will now have to list their stolen SS numbers to mail their fraudulent payments to “nephews and neices” in Mexico.

I agree that we’re winning under Trump. But I have the following concern about the child care tax credit.

The problem with the child care tax credit imo, is that the states have never expressly constitutionally delegated to the feds the specific power to address child care issues.

This means that, unless patriots support Trump in peacefully “forcing” corrupt Congress to surrender state powers that the corrept feds have stolen from the states back to the states, then some future WH administration can always work in cahoots with Congress to reduce or take away the child care tax credit to raise unconstitutional federal taxes.

“Congress is not empowered to tax for those purposes which are within the exclusive province of the States.” —Justice John Marshall, Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.

Regarding the earned income credit, patriots also need to support Trump in working with the states to repeal the 16th and ill-conceived 17th Amendments to the Constitution.

Drain the swamp! Drain the swamp!

Remember in November ’18 !

Since Trump entered the ’16 presidential race too late for patriots to make sure that there were state sovereignty-respecting candidates on the primary ballots, patriots need make sure that such candidates are on the ’18 primary ballots so that they can be elected to support Trump in draining the unconstitutionally big federal government swamp.

Such a Congress will also be able to finish draining the swamp with respect to getting the remaining state sovereignty-ignoring, activist Supreme Court justices off of the bench.

In fact, if Justice Gorsuch turns out to be a liberal Trojan Horse then we will need 67 patriot senators to remove a House-impeached Gorsuch from office.

Noting that the primaries start in Iowa and New Hampshire in February ‘18, patriots need to challenge candidates for federal office in the following way.

While I Googled the primary information above concerning Iowa and New Hampshire, FReeper iowamark brought to my attention that the February primaries for these states apply only to presidential election years. And after doing some more scratching, since primary dates for most states for 2018 elections probably haven’t been uploaded at this time (March 14, 2017), FReepers will need to find out primary dates from sources and / or websites in their own states.

Patriots need to qualify candidates by asking them why the Founding States made the Constitution’s Section 8 of Article I; to limit (cripple) the federal government’s powers.

Patriots also need to find candidates that are knowledgeable of the Supreme Court's clarifications of the federal government’s limited powers listed in this post.
