It IS virtue signaling, empty virtue signaling because the state has already violated the ban on several occasions for one excuse or another, mostly for sporting events.

Travel ban for Texas? All I see is California libtard license plates driving around Dallas. Can’t even imagine what the state will be like in another ten years with moron libtard filth leaving their craphole lib-infested states to ruin another healthy region of the country. Maybe the punishment for ignoring the ban should be death... just a thought.

How does this “ban” translate into NCAA away games for California teams? Do they get an exemption?

No. I see it as pushing for more people from California to Oklahoma.

Set aside the homo issue a moment.

Doesn't it explicitly violate the US Constitution for a state to have a travel ban for another state?

Oklahoma didn’t ban gay adoption - all they did was ensure that religious based adoption groups could adhere to their values with regard to who they adopt to. There are other agencies who adopt to gay people.
